About

Supporting adults to build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills through personalised and practical allied health services. We’ll come to you, or meet you online.

About Therapy Time

Therapy Time was founded in North Brisbane with a passion for supporting children and families in everyday life. What began as a small, local service has grown to support individuals across Brisbane and Australia. As we have expanded, we’ve added services for adults and built a team of therapists who share our values and genuinely care about the people we support.

We remain grounded in what matters most. Therapy Time was founded by Rachael, and as a parent, she understands how important it is to cut through the noise and the fluff. Therapy should be practical, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. We focus on building real life skills, supporting participation, and working alongside families and individuals to achieve goals that make a lasting difference.

Over her career Rachael has acquired advanced knowledge and skills for working with neurodivergent kiddies, children with developmental delays, feeding difficulties, coordination difficulties and sensory processing challenges. Rachael loves working collaboratively with families and takes a play-based, child-led, evidence based approach to therapy.

After becoming a parent herself, Rachael founded Therapy Time Australia with a passion to cut through the noise with evidence-based therapy for everyday life.
