Adults
Supporting adults to build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills through personalised and practical allied health services. We’ll come to you, or meet you online.
Why Therapy Time?
Therapy Time supports adults through occupational therapy, speech therapy, and functional capacity assessments. We work with individuals across a wide range of needs including disability, injury, health conditions, and life transitions. Our approach is practical and collaborative, focused on what matters most to you. We support everyday skills, communication, independence, and participation, with therapy that is designed to create meaningful, sustainable change in real life.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy supports adults to build independence in daily life. We work on routines, self care, organisation, community access, and functional skills that support participation at home and in the community. Therapy is tailored, practical, and focused on strategies that can be used in real life. Sessions can be delivered online via telehealth or in person in Brisbane.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy supports communication, cognition, and swallowing across a range of needs. This may include speech clarity, language, social communication, or cognitive communication skills. Therapy is personalised and functional, supporting confidence and participation in everyday interactions and activities.
Functional Capacity Assessments
We provide detailed functional capacity assessments to support NDIS planning and goal setting. These assessments explore your current abilities, daily life, and support needs, resulting in clear, practical recommendations. Our reports are thorough, realistic, and designed to support meaningful outcomes.
Our Approach
We believe high quality therapy should be accessible to all, fun, and genuinely helpful. Our approach is family centred, goal focused, and grounded in real life. We’re the kind of therapists that genuinely love what we do, and nothing matters more than knowing we’re making a real difference for Australians and their families.
